I am always greeted with kindness and professionalism. Once my reason for calling is established my needs are addressed right away, or an answer is quickly found if the representative is unsure at first. Each step is explained if I have questions and the call is never ended until I have been completely satisfied that everything I needed was met to my satisfactory.

The person helping me was very patient and explained the program. She answered all the questions I had. She also assured me that I could call back with any additional questions. They have a team of people that will work with me, gave me teams name and number to call. Also told me what information I need to gather and submit to get the financial aid and special price of $79 per month.

This is a scam. They tell you that you are approved for this program. Then they charge you $149.00 for processing your account. They send out a thick packet of forms for you to fill out - then repeatedly email and call you to quickly submit the package back to them. All of this with no disclosure that Medicare had to approve it first. Next step you get a letter from Medicare saying you're denied. What a shock when you were told by this scam company that you were approved! Medicare letter is first knowledge that all is not right. In the meantime, they have already taken your $149.00. Check Better Business Bureau for number of complaints that have been filed with them even though Prescription Lifeline is NOT a members. Then read online all the reviews and complaints about this company. BEWARE!!!

Although it is possible for individuals to apply for these programs on their own, the process can be complex and time-consuming. Our mission is to offer comprehensive support and guidance to our members at every step, ensuring a seamless and effective process. We also extend our support post-approval by collaborating with our members and their healthcare providers to ensure timely completion of all medication refills. With over 22 years of experience, we have successfully advocated for our members, creating an extensive database of rules and requirements. This resource significantly enhances our ability to secure approval for our members to receive free medications. It's important to note that Prescription Lifeline does not deal with Medicare issues.
