The helpful staff. Especially in helping to understand the program and the ability to get unaffordable medicine affordable.

The staff explained how the system worked & it was easy. Unfortunately none of my doctors would allow the medication to be sent to their office & I am unable to participate in the program. Canceling my subscription & getting a full refund was seem less thank you.

Christian and Roxanne are amazingly patient and knowledgeable in the whole process. Even though it was a little time-consuming, it was worth it to get the assistance that my client needed to pay for her medicine.
