They were caring and polite I was very impressed when I received the packet. Each thing that needed to be done and sent in was explained very well. just one thing I had a question on that wasn’t explained to where I understood was the part from Social Security’s denial letter. Wasn’t sure if I had to call them but when I called y’al my advocate explained that y’all take care of all of that and we should receive the first letter approximately 3 weeks after enrolling and the second letter will come bout 2 weeks later. I took five months to complete my paperwork due to my procrastination. They would frequently send emails to remind me that they needed more information. They did not give up on me. When I called my team with questions, I always were able to speak with a live representative.
