I had the best customer service experience ever with Premium Parking! We’re talking premium service on the phone, and everybody at the parking lot is also always nice. You can never go wrong using Premium Parking. The person who helped me on the phone was Princess, and she was really determined to help me. I couldn’t ask for more!

I have used premium parking in other cities and had a great experience. It is sad the that in my own hometown they highway robbed people. There was no explanation as to why you couldn’t select anything else but to say event day. The system was set for a twelve hour charge and forced you to select 12 hours.it also logged my start and end time incorrectly. It’s like it overrides your true time and inputs what it wanted to make it look like you used twelve hours. The staffing for customer service said there was nothing they could do be cause the fee was paid but it didn’t give the customer service number until the fee was paid. I was told I had to send an email and it was promptly denied without any consideration. I wasn’t asking for a full refund only an adjustment for me to pay for the time used. It may not mean much to them, but they have definitely lost a customer. I will never use them again. I dislike companies that openly take advantage of their customers. That’s not a place I want to invest in with my money.

We had a great experience booking with Premium Parking. There was a complication with my online booking as I’m from Canada and the postal code is different. So i called in and Yolanda was extremely helpful and got me sorted out perfectly! Upon arrival I was having difficulties opening the gate and the attendant came out and assisted very politely and gave clear instructions on getting the car parked and how to use the codes to exit upon departure, i would use this location again and would highly recommend to anyone needing long term parking in Chicago! Thank you to the whole Premium Parking team!
