My overall experience was manageable. Setting up the account was confusing due to miscommunication with employer and this parking contractor. Despite the miscommunication, the contractor worked to get me squared away with no issues. Questionable choices for a few parking spaces at my location, however I would grade my experience as average.

Leo was a great customer service associate who helped me navigate resolving my ticket dispute - it is still pending but Leo did a good job to quickly and efficiently help me move forward to fix the ticket dispute issue.
