Every step of the way Premium Mortgage makes the mortgage process easier. Communicating the whole way, they are great to work with. I would recommend them & will continue to go to them for my mortgage needs.

I could go into deep detail in regards to my great experience w/Premium Mortgage, from Chris L. meeting with me on a Saturday that worked for my schedule to Wendy C. persistent follow up and prompt detailed reply’s but I won't because this review would go on forever. Both Wendy and Chris were professional and always made me feel like I was there only client. That is how business should be done and used to be done. Premium Mortgage is a great business and I write that because most business’s large and small could care less and everything is just a transaction w/no accountability. In fact I have already recommended others who are currently processing a loan with Premium and there experience has been the same.

Closing on time is so important to both buyers and sellers and I always know that if Premium Mortgage is involved in the transaction on any side that the clients will be happy. The communication and local underwriting are also so important to the real estate professionals.

I realize my case was a bit more complicated than most, however, I made it a point to gather EVERY piece of information asked of me IMMEDIATELY to then email and fax and just wait to hear that it was the incorrect paperwork. When asked to produce paperwork in their office in person (at the last minute to make the deadline), it had been the EXACT paperwork I had faxed 2-3 times prior and WEEKS before! I still have all the paperwork and copies of the faxes and confirmations. I know I wasn't the only case they were working on, but when I make it a point to submit everything right away and don't get the same effort in return to ensure the project is complete ASAP, it is in fact disappointing. We went through this company only because it was recommended by the seller's realtor because they wanted a 30 day close. We were delayed by 2 weeks. Also, the day of the closing, the seller's side was not even aware they had an appointment to close. We got the house by the skin of my teeth and if I had not moved as quickly as I had, I think we would still be sitting and waiting.

They did not act as an advocate for the customer (me).
