I enjoyed working with Jolene and Rebecca at Premium Mortgage. Both ladies were professional, knowledgeable and personable, all at the same time. Jolene was pregnant with child and even after giving birth during the process, she continued to check on me to make sure the paperwork was moving forward. Rebecca stepped in and did not miss a beat. Both kept me up to date and answered all of my questions in a timely manner. Could not have been happier.

Very little support. Amy went to pageants when we needed her help. Danielle was unfriendly and not overly willing to help. No one found any sort of urgency in the process and we're in no way client centered. There seems t9 be very little communication there, as no one had any answers to questions transcending their position.

I am so glad I was connected with Preimum Mortgage during the process of buying our first home. Matt was recommended to us by our realtor. Every stop of the process was done either via email or the phone. The only time we had to meet in person was on the actual closing date. Matt was readily available to answer any questions and provided us with a wealth of information to make sure we were making informed decisions through out the process. I have heard from many people that the closing process can drag on. Premium Mortgage had us ready to close in just 45 days! If you are buying your first home or had a bad experience during the purchase of a previous home, I highly recommend Matt and Premium Mortgage Company. You will not be sorry!

I think premium mortgage only charged a premium fee. We waste our vacation day because the schedule closing date changes and no one even bother to give us a call. I just don't understand how a well known company will have such poor service
