We were in a bind when we went to premium. They were really nice and accommodating till the paperwork was signed. They eventually got us the loan which is great. The process they put us through was an ordeal. It seemed like they were highly disorganized or lacked communication between each other as they kept asking us for the same stuff over and over again. Calls were not returned promptly. Also, our agent had to step in at times to let them know what they were asking for was absurd. She too felt like she had to tell them things repeatedly. If we ever do this again, we would choose a different company. My coworker was buying a home at the same time his loan company got everything done in half the time and did not nag my workplace nearly as much for information.

This is a great company to apply for a Mortgage. All the employees are great to work with and will answer any of the many questions you may have. If you ask a question by email or text, you will get a response in a timely manor. They are very professional and great to work with. If you are in the Central New York Area ask for Matt Secor very nice guy and great to work with.
