My initial experience with Jackie Ruotsi was less than stellar. Being a first time home buyer, I expected a little more personalized service. Email communication was scattered at best and I felt like I was more of a bother than a customer. However, that all changed once my account was assigned to David Popham. He was excellent and very attentive to all of my, what must have been annoying, questions. He is an asset to your company and made the stress of purchasing a home bearable.
