We can't believe how easy the entire process was with Premium Mortgage. We were dreading going through this again, the first time through our bank was so stressful and confusing. With much stricter guidelines to follow this time around we were expecting the worst. Our Realtor recommended John Fronczak at Premium Mortgage and from the first phone call through our closing he was amazing to work with! John and his team were so helpful and always available to answer any questions we had. We never even had to go into the office, we were able to do everything through e-mail and phone which was so great given our crazy work schedules. The whole team was on top of everything from start to finish and always kept us informed and on track with whatever needed to be done. Everyone we dealt with was so friendly, you can tell that customer service is a their #1 priority. I had a good experience, but was promised a gift card if I got a quote from this company. They never sent me one. Everything else was good though. No real issues, they helped with all the documents I needed to close on my house. I would've like to seen better follow though on commitments.

I had such a great experience working with Chris Lake and Wendy Coles. It made the mortgage processing easier for me to understand as Chris took me step by step through the process. He was very helpful in answering my questions and had my pre-approval done in just about an instant!
