This was my first time buying a home and everyone at premium mortgage was very helpful. I was completely new to this process and they helped me every step of the way and the closing of my house was on time and went very smoothly.

The person I originally spoke with was great! She was extremely knowledgable and explained things in a way I was able to understand. However, when my loan went to underwriting things changed. The person appeared to screen her phone calls which made it nearly impossible to get a hold of her. I found this very unprofessional and frustrating. In addition, Premium required a great deal of information that most banks don't require.
