Premium MortgageReviews of premiummortgage.com

Absolutely amazing company to work with. Had many doubts with being eligible for a mortgage and they guided us through the whole process. They made every step of the mortgage process very simple and straightforward. Thanks again Premium Mortgage!

Let me start by saying that this is the absolute best, most effortless, honest, and enjoyable home purchasing experience I've ever had! Working with Premium was far and above the best customer service experience I could have asked for! From start to finish, Karen and Courtney were incredibly helpful, responsive, and a joy to work with. They took the time, day & night, to answer all my questions, and keep me posted every step of the way. This started as a home-buying endeavor, and it ended in friendship. We couldn't have asked for anything more!

I enjoyed very much working with Darlene Williams & Theresa Pera very professional an always willing to assist with any questions that I had.

Premium Mortgage was excellent to me. I had to get the mortgage approved very fast due to my working schedule that requires me to travel overseas monthly. In less than two weeks they accomplished that. My communication with them was very effective. They always respond to my e-mails and phone calls in a fast manner. Excellent!!!!! I will use them again many times if I need in the future.

Second time using Premium Mortgage. Great experience

The team is amazing and the process was made so easy. Karen walked me through everything and made sure that I knew exactly what needed to be done. Highly recommended!

Very pleased w/ Premium, efficient, helpful, and in my case, willing to help someone that wasn't very competent w/ electronic mail. Jackie Routsi was extremely helpful and several occasions had me come into an office for help. This not only made the process faster,it reduced my 'worry' a lot. She was terrific. Lindsay Kerr was also a great person to work w/ and would also send a separate txt before electronic mail was sent that needed my attention. I would provide my highest reccomendation!

Working with Premium Mortgage was a great experience for me. They really made me feel comfortable asking questions and understanding the loan process. I also liked that they overestimated closing costs so I wasn't blindsided by last minute fees and charges. Paperwork was easy I was able to print ,sign ,and scan and email documents from home. The only drawback is they sold my loan quick to another lender so I will have to see how my experience is this new company.
