I had a great experience working with Premium Mortgage for my first home purchase. Darlene Williams was great to work with and made the process so easy. Jane Zimmerman followed up and got everything through underwriting as quickly as possible.

We had totally contacted 4 lenders to apply loan, including 2 big banks and 1 smaller bank, they gave us pre-approval letter but they seemed not working efficiency, so we were worried our house could not close on time, then our realtor Tammy recommended John Fronczak in Premium Mortgage, after we met John, we felt Premium Mortgage is the best in these 5 lenders. They are very professional, experienced and high efficiency, all 3 people working on my loan (John, Lindsay, underwriter) have done excellent job, always response very quick to my questions. Their rate is the lowest and their closing cost is lower too, no hidden cost, very trust worth. Before I heard a mortgage always take a longer time to close, but with Premium Mortgage every week we got update, we felt they process our files and documents right away and response to us very quick. we are very impressed and satisfy with their attitude and performance. John Fronczak is the most reliable and experienced mortgage specialist I have ever met, in my mortgage application, I can tell John has a lot of experience and very professional, he is the true mortgage expert! I am confidence he does better job than other lenders. Lindsay and under writer did a perfect job and very helpful and kindness, they are detailed and responsible people, processed my loan in an efficient and professional way, we are very happy with their excellent job. Our entire experience with Premium was incredibly informative and pain-free.
