I had the privilege of working with Premium Mortgage, specifically Jeanie Nasello and Courtney Mattice throughout my home buying experience. Jeanie provided an unmatched level of guidance, enthusiasm, and patience with my ever changing decisions. She was always responsive and very organized (even emailing me a last minute adjusted pre-qualification letter while she was on vacation)! Once I was introduced to Courtney, I enjoyed the same type of experience. I always felt able to check status, and ask questions without sensing any frustrations and that was so helpful as a first time buyer. I’m not always quick to be brand loyal, but this experience has made me just that with Premium Mortgage. It is no question that I would be happy to suggest Premium Mortgage to friends and family as an excellent company to work with.

The employees at Premium Mortgage were professional and most importantly patient. Whatever my husband, and I needed Premium Mortgage was able to help. Dealing with the Williamsville office was the worst experience I have had financing a house IN MY LIFE. There were several e mails sent unsecured to companies not involved in the process. I had to continually call to get updates, most if not all communications were initiated by me. I will not recommend Premium Mortgage to anyone.

Everyone at Premium Mortgage was extremely helpful and made the process very easy. There were no surprises, and Karen and Courtney kept everything straightforward and did a great job explaining things. Highly recommend their service.

I would disagree. I was asked over and over for verification of information. That was emailed to this company over and over. When I sent in information from the direct company with notarized and abundant documentation more than required they asked for more information, from a source that had no direct involvement. Then I had an estimate of the home. At first I was looking forward to this. Because my home is overpriced for the area it was in. They sent appraiser out . Didn't like what he said so pretended they never send an appraiser out and sent another one out. For the exact price of the house. I also wanted to put money down on the home to make my mortgage cheaper and my concerns were ignored. then the company was supposed to do their own inspection of the house which was never was done when I had my inspection done on my house from my first home inspection there was mold in the bathroom but was still there after they did there inspection and I was told that everything was really (but they did their inspection). To top everything off the appraiser for the Home wrote on the appraisal documentation that he talked into the company my name as the street address that I was moving to but this was able to clear perfectly with no problem also estimating homes that were nowhere near my house. Then the week I was closing a house on the same street was listed for 10k less than what I was paying. This house had more room and 2 more bedrooms than mine. What a joke.

I couldn't express how pleased I am to have used Premium Mortgage Corporation for my mortgage loan provider. My wife and I went through a bankruptcy a few years ago and were not expecting such a smooth and easy process to close on our new home. Extremely fast turnaround time once we got all our paperwork together. The staff was outstanding and very accommodating in working with us. The paperwork request were not overbearing in the least. The staff also were available any time for my endless question about the process. I strongly recommend anyone looking for a mortgage provider to use these guys!
