Great customer service. Very competitive prices. Ordered a MrCool 9K DIY mini-split. Realized a month after 'delivery' when we were preparing for install that a 2nd package was missing. Contacted PHS and they responded promptly and professionally. The company resolved the issue within a matter of days, and we received the missing package as quickly as could be expected. We received regular updates from the company as the matter was being handled. I would highly recommend this online distributer and would definitely use them again when/if needed.
