I wish the staff had been more forthcoming about the assets and liabilities of alternative equipment. Sadly, i ended up with a machine that is not well suited to my situation.

Ordered our treadmill online. This wasn’t our first Precor and there’s a reason for that. Their gear is of exceptional quality, no doubt. Customer service is top notch also. Quite speedy, but you get what you pay for.

The prices are reasonable and often less than at other stores. I found things that I needed there. Heather at the Shaumburg store on Golf road is always helpful and friendly! When I need something, I always go there to see what they offer.
