Precor Home FitnessReviews of precorhomefitness.com

Our Treadmill is absolutely perfect! The handlebars are at the right height, the deck has give and the controls work effortlessly!

After buying (3) piece of equipment from these folks in 2018, I have found Heather (the Manager) and Dean to be amazing at education and service. Heather especially is very passionate making sure you are selecting the right equipment. After sharing our families needs, she pointed out several options for us to consider with no pressure at all. She is very knowledgeable and customer centric in all steps of the process! I would highly recommend the Precor Store in Schaumburg.

I paid $199 for delivery and set up. The delivery company didn’t take away the packing material, which is substantial. The machine itself is excellent.

great product

This is the second time that I have purchased home fitness equipment from Wayne - the Store Manager at Precor in Vernon Hills and just like the first time, I was impressed with him and how he does business. My wife wanted a recumbent bike for Christmas so she could begin a regular exercise program without over stressing her knees. I told her to stop in and see Wayne because I was confident that he would recommend the right thing for her. When she did, he spent time with her to understand what her goals were. Based on what she said, he steered her to the right bike for her. What was impressed me even more was that he didn't sell her the most expensive bike in the store but rather to the least expensive one that would meet her needs. In addition to that, since he knew that she wanted it as a Christmas gift from me and that I would be calling to pay for the bike, he took the initiative to actually reserve his last delivery slot before Christmas even before I called in to complete the purchase. He once again showed that he really cares about his customers. If I have any future home fitness needs I will go back to him for the third time.

This has been the single worst purchasing experience I have ever had. We have now received several broken machines. Additionally, the repair and delivery system requires you to take days off of work to be available at their discretion. I had purchased the machine based upon their strong reputation, but clearly that is something they no longer seem to care about and the quality does not reflect the high price tag. Of note, since purchasing our machine, I have met several people who have had similar issues and had to return their systems and purchase a different brand. I would strongly recommend that anyone who is considering a Precor machine select a different brand.

Our sales associate was quite knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the pieces on the floor. He demo'd many exercises and offered help even after we had it home.

I've had my CS4 Cardio Strider since June 2018 and I really like it. I'm 73 and have some health issues so my son took me shopping to see which piece of exercise equipment would work for me. The people at Precor Home Fitness took my issues into consideration and came up with the CS4 Cardio Strrider. This machine is so easy on my body and as I progress, I can adjust the tension to different levels that I'm comfortable with. I highly recommend This product and the people at Precor. There is no high pressuring at this store, only quality help.
