I ordered an FTS Glide (cable weight system) on December 20, 2025. It's been 4 full weeks, and the only communication I've received from the company was when I reached out 2 weeks ago. The customer service rep was snarky and said, "The email says 4 to 6 weeks." I'm STILL waiting for a shipping notification, let alone for the equipment to be installed. If you order online, be prepared to go through a few credit card cycles and pay the balance before the order even ships from the warehouse. Update 2/4/26: I'm still waiting for installation. The unit was finally shipped to the installer and arrived on 1/30/26, but the installer has not contacted me regarding installation.

Placed an order online with Precor on May 30. It is now July 1st and still no word back from them on delivery status. Item was in stock when I placed order and received confirmation order that stated lead times were up to 10 days given the current environment (no problem with that). I have sent 3 emails to customer service and have received zero response! I have tried the online sales support chat and for the last 3 weeks I have been told I’m 4th on the allocation list and should expect delivery by end of the week.....another week and not even a peep. Unsure if Precor is always this bad through online ordering. Will think twice before ordering from them again. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced for a product costing $2k+.

I ordered the CS800 stepper on 8/26/19. It’s 9/23/19 and I still have not received the stepper. Immediately after placing my order I was emailed that the stepper was on back order and will take approximately 2 weeks. I agreed to the extended length. At two weeks I had to contact to Precor Home fitness for updates. They responded with an additional week. Again, I agreed and asked for free installation. No response. A week later, no product and no updates. I contacted Precor Fitness AGAIN. They responded, and claim the stepper will ship mid week and they will include free installation. Through email, I inquired about expedited shipping and the installation process. No response. I hope to give a positive review after I receive the stepper. However, I am concerned about future business with Precor Fitness due to the lack of customer support and I haven’t even received their product.

I was sent an incomplete order which turned out to be the wrong thing. The company said they would send the correct order, which they did, but then did not bother telling their delivery personnel until a week after it arrived when I called for a status update. At that point, the delivery man scheduled a drop off date and time with me. The day of delivery at the agreed time of delivery, the delivery man texted me that he was picking up his assistant and would head over. An hour after that, he called stating he lost track of time and could we do the delivery tomorrow instead. While I eventually ended up with what I ordered, it was an ordeal and a half with lots of breakdown in communication which culminated in an extremely poor customer experience. I let the company know what happened and received no communication after my last correspondence, not even an apology.

The machine is very squeaky while in use. I'm surprised and disappointed.

Love the product but the deliver and set up was below expectations. Poor communication and was not happy with finding out my machine wasn’t going to be delivered after waiting 3 weeks (and if I hadn’t called I would have waited all day for NO ONE TO SHOW UP) . Once it was delivered they were missing parts so of course I had to wait again.... the installation guy was kind enough to walk me through how to finish my installation of my new machine when the remainder of the parts were shipped to my home 😡. I asked for a refund of my delivery and installation. Can you please check?

I ordered my treadmill over 5 weeks ago, and it still has not shipped. Have spoken with customer service reps several times via email and phone; they were pleasant enough, but still no idea when it will arrive. Very disappointing experience.

The treadmill I bought continues to turn on and function each time I use it which is good, however considering the $3,000+ it cost I expected more modern technology. The fact that it doesn't have a sleep mode and has to be physically turned on and off each time (in order for the noisy fan to stop) is annoying. The low quality non-touch screen is unimpressive. Anytime I hit pause during a work and come back the system forgets the speed and height settings and starts at .5 mph which is annoying. The fact that I can't update the firmware and software to have the latest functionality seems pre-historic for todays tech.
