Chuck and Skyler were the best
Chuck and Skyler were the best. They sent me a text letting me know they’d be running about 20 minutes late because of road construction. When they transferred our new puppy to me, they were very professional but friendly. Our pup was clean & smelled good. It was a very good experience!

Kindness
The communication was excellent. The driver was extremely kind. He waved to us as he pulled recognizing our vehicle. I was so relieved that my 6-month old, male Boston Terrier was 20 pounds, and not 11 pounds as I was told by Puppyspot. I was concerned he would be fragile and small boned. He weighted a ton 19.6 lbs. I am 73. I shouldn't pickup anything greater than 10 pounds. I had him 3 hours and we are bonded. Not a problem a relief.

The entire process was wonderful
The entire process was wonderful. We were nervous about driving so far at night to collect Rolls (mop) at our senior status plus we knew it was going to be a late night. Nathan T and Clinton were so helpful and friendly and we realized that the pickup was in a central location. How fun it was to see the other dogs going to their forever homes and we are totally in love with our little one

Excellent Service and Smooth Delivery
Ryan and Richard were top-notch—friendly, professional, and incredibly communicative throughout the entire process. They kept us informed with travel updates, making the experience smooth and stress-free. I’m beyond excited to welcome my new German Shepherd, who is the cutest, most loving bundle of joy! I couldn’t thank Ryan and Richard enough for their care and dedication in delivering my little fur baby. Highly recommend their service! 🐾💙
