Driver was very nice and patient with my sister and brother in law he allowed them to record as he handed them their new puppy and take a picture with him as well! He was on time especially since they were so excited for her arrival! The only thing keeping them from a 5 star rating was although she didn’t have anything stuck to her she definitely required a bath when she got home!

Nathan and Skyler were OUTSTANDING in every aspect. The communicated on travel status regularly, arrival time, and other data points from the start to transfer of Mika. They were extremely professional and personal > their caring for the puppies was very visible Mika was cleaned and warm [temps were 15 degrees] outside when we picked her up. Location of transfer was easy to find and in great geographical location for us. I spoke with a gentleman on the phone> sorry his name escaped me> he also was extremely professional personable and was able to provide the data we requested prior to the transfer travel > we were to have a second puppy in the van, which was a great transport vehicle - new and well equipped, however she was below her release weight and was delayed to a subsequent travel. Cannot thank you enough. Greatly appreciate all your team effort Respectfully Katarina Paul and Carol & Mika Gretsky
