Michael and Ian were very professional. They made sure that our future fur baby was delivered safe and sound. We did not have any residual issues with Dolly once she came in the house first night and everything very smooth. That provided me with the confidence knowing she was well taken care of during her trip from Indiana to New Jersey. I would highly recommend this service. The Bouchard’s.

David and Clint performed their job well. They were in communication continually which I very much appreciated. They seemed to be somewhat rushed as they had other pups to deliver. I understand they just drove across country and wanted to complete their mission, but I would have had a better experience if they stayed a bit longer for any of my questions or concerns I may have had. Overall, still satisfied with their service.

Excellent communication upon arriving locally about timing, drop off, etc. Prt seemed clean and well taken care of fitting transport.

Michael and Chuck arrived at the exact time they said they would. They seem to care very much about the puppy they delivered. They interacted well with myself and Togo and offered some information and recommendations. There was only one thing I was not real happy about, which is why I gave 4 stars instead of five. My concern was that my puppy reeked of dog urine. I can understand some odor but this was overpowering. That was not something I expected. I didn't look at the set up in the van but, I felt this was not very professional. I would still recommend this carrier and use them again without hesitation. I just think maybe they should rethink how the puppys crate conditions are. I didn't expect to have to bathe Togo as soon as he entered my home.

Michael and Chuck were very considerate even though the vehicle broke down. They sent a video and kept me informed.

I’m sure Dallas and Nathan M. took care of getting Indy home to us safely. I had planned to tip, as I do for all services I receive. I thought it was a bit tacky when Dallas had me sign receipt of pet with a bunch of 20 dollar bills clipped to the clipboard. And when they handed me Indy she was so covered in an extremely sweet spray. It was awful and immediately painted the picture of the puppy sitting in her own waste for three days. Never saw Nathan M. Dallas was polite and professional on phone and in person.
