The driving team were very courteous and professional and seemed genuinely caring about the wellbeing of my new pup. I was very pleased. She looked and smelled great. It is a delight to have her home.

James, our driver for our new puppy Smore (however we changed his name to Lionel) sent here to Colorado Springs yesterday . A very courteous and informative man James was. He called several times when he stopped on the road here which gave us peace of mind, and in fact arrived a little early and we headed down to get him. Thank- you James !
