Here's an updated version of your 5-star Trustpilot review: ⸻ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently received my adorable Shih Tzu puppy through PuppySpot’s Premiere Pet Transport, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the service was nothing short of exceptional. My puppy arrived clean, happy, and incredibly calm, radiating a peaceful bliss that assured me he was well taken care of during his journey. The attention to detail and care provided by the team, especially Ryan and Richard, was truly commendable. They are the best Pup-Truckerzzz ever! Additionally, Jared and the transport team was incredibly communicative and friendly throughout the entire process. Their constant updates and warm demeanor made the experience even more reassuring and pleasant. Thank you, Jared, Ryan, and Richard, for your dedication and for delivering my little bundle of joy safely. Safe travels as you continue to bring unconditional bundles of love to their new forever homes! ❤️ ❤️ ❤️

On time and professional drivers. Dallas and Jaydon were great.

Our experience was excellent! Richard and Ryan took great care of Magnolia on their long trip. Thank you once again!!

Very happy with timely delivery, Dallas and Jaydon, very professional. We love our new puppy. Thankyou

Buck and Scotty were very professional and friendly. They arrived early and took excellent care of my new puppy.

Chuck did a great job getting our new puppy to us from Ohio all the way to Arizona. He stayed in communication with us and gave us updates when necessary. When our puppy was delivered was happy, clean and smelled great. The drivers were very professional and informative. Thanks for getting our puppy to us safe!

I was cut off. Here is my review: Ryan and Richard kept us abreast of their EAT for 3 days. We were greeted warmly by Ryanwhile Richard gave the puppy a dry bath. Ryan gave us a full explanation of how they handled the pup’s long trip//geeding, cleaning, one man always with the dogs. Totally professional job!

My puppy was absolutely disgusting when I received him. He stunk so bad we could hardly hold him and his paws and face were covered in shit!! I understand the weather was an issue getting him here however I paid to have him delivered to me in good condition and he certainly was NOT!!!
