PowermaxReviews of powermax.com

The MacBook Pro purchase and delivery was executed without issue. On 12/15/2015 I will surrender my MacBook Pro as a trade-in to Powermax. Hopefully that goes well.

I have shopped with Powermax recently and before several years ago. I have gotten at least two used mac computers from them The assistance and support is great. Any questions, concerns or whatever are treated with respect and solutions found. The earlier computer had a problem. I returned it and it was fixed and is still working well. I am very satisfied with them and Scheleen in particular.

I am always recommending powermax.com to all of my friends because it is a site that I trust to receive great customer service, great value, and great products.

What a great experience! Great communication, fast shipping, good follow up. Highly recommended!!!

I have had a wonderful experience working with kelly while purchasing products from PowerMax. Even in the least my experience has been a positive one. She always let's me know if a product is out of stock or what it looks like when i need a part without having internet to look it up. She is a very professional personal shopper here at Power max.

I have purchased my Mac gear from PowerMax for years. I count on them not only for the best prices but for the best info and help in the choice of what to buy. Michelle R is like a personal shopper for me, helping me find the best Mac for my needs & my budget. I would shop no where else. Linda Hanson

Staff was very friendly and helpful. I noticed the pricing to be less than other places where I had looked at the identical products...I believe one item was $30 less than I previously had found online and at another retailer....so I happily purchased it on the spot. Pleasant atmosphere...would definitely go back and recommend to others.

this is the third time I bought from Power Max and every experience has been a really great, the products are always excellent and in good condition and your account manager Michelle Ryther was extremely helpful and courteous she talked me through everything I needed and it worked out perfectI will continue to shop with your company every time I'm in need of a Mac product thank you very much for your service.
