I bought a POWERMAX TD A3 for 70k Pathetic experience They last for 3 month to 1 year And no after sale service They even don't care to answer Warranty promise is just a gimmick I am going to sue against them Shall fight till the end Somehow I managed to get a ticket number of service(Service Request No.: V26216495) But that's all And to get the ticket I had to call And wait for at least 16 days After think the ticket no one contacted me Purchase from this company if you like to suffer.

I had a slight problem with my billing and invoices. I sent a message with my meter reading and Maha contact me by phone and email. She was very efficient in the manner she handled the problem and it was resolved was very quickly.

Excellant service. Had a remap carried out. Very efficient and polite. Great improvement on power output. Also gave good advice and offer of help on potential problems with 'particulate filter'. Highly recommended.

Calvin is a con!!! He makes promises he can't keep. Has no idea what's going on and puts the problem on someone else. Told us the job would take 4 to 5 days, here we are over a year later and the job STILL IS NOT COMPLETE! But he took our money, no problem at all. He and his mail order bride took a luxurious vacation, RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE OF OUR JOB, and he never came back to it. He is a scam, UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, and doesn't know basic skills.
