I inquired about this product via internet- I was not getting a timely response ( I actually received one weeks after my inquiry and after I had the pleasure with working with Web Beeman) Once I had the opportunity to talk with Web Beeman and Email he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful advising me on what would work for our needs of the kiosk. He followed up on communication and was timely and advised us on the kiosk that was perfect for our Lobby. I would work with Web Beeman again anytime for future purchases!

The ICW Monitor and Keyboard wall mount is an excellent unit. We have been using various models for about 18 years. The only issue we have is the new units use a different monitor mount that does not work well with some of our units. Very disappointing we cannot buy the monitor mount from the UL500 to put on the UL510. We know this works as we have taken this mount from an old unit and replaced onto a new mount. Great customer service, and presale support was phenomenal!!.. Product is amazing quality and easy to install, Not to mention the configuration presale support was so detailed to the Monitors model (measurements) and attention to detail, for configuration... made the whole experience great!!!

I was told that this was the only mount that would work from my mentor in trading. But since I'm in France and I saw on the website that they wouldn't ship to France I found another one on Amazon.fr and I tried that. Sure enough it didn't work with my 57 in and 49 in Samsung. So I decided to reach out to Atdec directly. They were incredible. Immediately emailed me back and said they would ship to France gave me a quote which was more than fair. I ordered it and it was here in 3 days. Super fast and incredible service. Set it up easy and my trading set up looks amazing. Very strong mount but very easy to use. I couldn't be happier. Would highly recommend it to anyone in need. Cannot thank them enough!

I had questions about the product I was considering for purchase. Seller spent a good deal of time on the phone with me, answered all my questions and offered suggestions for my particular project. I purchased the heavy duty pole mount for a project involving dual stacked 49" ultrawides (moved away from dual articulating arms because...reasons). After a small snafu with FedEx (which seller handled right away) products arrived in short order. Product seems to be of good quality so far. All parts were accounted for and well packaged. Instructions were clear and straightforward. Kit comes with the neccessary hex wrench(s) requiring only a Phillips head screwdriver from my tool box. With a little forethought I was able to get everything setup, by myself, in less than an hour including a bit of fine tuning (height and tilt adjustments) at the end. Overall, good experience!

I inquired on what monitor to purchase. A Salesperson recommended a arm that would hold my monitor but would not let it go in portrait mode. A function crucial for its use. I wish I had know this for now I have to pay shipping and a restocking fee. EDIT: Seller was willing to adjust my restocking fee. I raised my review on my experience

Communication is not the best, was given two different dates for shipping, finally shipped on a date not even provided.
