I was looking to buy a Mac Air laptop for my oldest grand daughter. My son-in-law recommended PowerMax. I can see why. Great service, great salesperson Chelliene, who was a dream to deal with, and the expeditious manner in which the computer was handled and delivered. Awesome!!!

I've ordered laptops, cords, and other items from here. Never an issue about which they were not nice or helpful. Super knowledgeable and genuinely want you to be happy. This last purchase was no exception. Thanks again!

The staff and processing was excellent. Still waiting on trade in of my iPad so I can't speak on the ease and drama free of the trade. The shipping, $40, for a iPad mini 4 was very high. I am not sure why they hate US Postal because priority with signature is only $12. I should have decline the purchase but i didn't. I guess I was excited about my trade in of my iPad 2. This company is only a good value for the 48 states.

The advantage of buying from them is that I get to pay no stinkin sales tax here where I dwell in. Just give me free shipping on anything I buy and you have gotten 5 Stars instead of 4!!!1

I ordered an Apple Pencil for iPad Pro from Apple's website the night that orders opened. I forgot and thought that I had cancelled my order, and a week later, I called PowerMax to order a Pencil and a Smart Keyboard Cover. The operator I spoke with was fantastic to work with: Polite, humorous, and friendly. As with all the orders coming out of Apple's factory, the wait was about 4 weeks. But Powermax exceeded my expectations by being able to deliver my Pencil a day before Apple was able to ship me one. I live near their headquarters, so it was available for pickup that day. I couldn't make it myself that day, so they shipped it to me for free overnight and it ended up arriving the same day as Apple's own shipment. I was incredibly pleased with Powermax. I had a friend who wanted to buy the second Pencil, so it worked out great in the end.

After taking in one iPad for a MacBook Pro, I trade in a second iPad for another MacBook. I can't thank Ben, Michelle and Heidi enough for their patience and guidance!! They are all wonderful and kind and knowledgeable!
