Recently traded my MacBook Pro Retina 13" in to PowerMax. They offered the best price of all the sites I checked. The whole process was handled seamlessly and professionally. I also purchased a new iPad Pro and Apple Pencil from them at the same time. In spite of the market being impacted by huge demand, they were able to fill my order in an impressively short time. I would highly recommend PowerMax, and Heidi in particular, for their wonderful service. I am a happy camper!

I ordered my iMac on the Sunday following Black Friday. I was very impressed receiving an email asking if I wanted to trade the trackpad for the mouse, which was exactly what I wanted. I replied but did not get a response. I called and spoke to my contact, but she was overwhelmed and said that she would call me back, which did not happen. I sent her another email, which went unanswered. I received both the mouse and the trackpad, and I had to reach out myself to correct all of this. Good intentions but poor execution.

Drove up from Salem just to go to your store. Everything was fine -- polite help, knowledge of what I wanted, etc.

This company managed to do just that. I hate writing business reviews but their firm did such a great job. They deserve the recognition. I purchased an Apple Thunderbolt screen online. From the point the order was placed to the point the screen arrived on my doorstep- they were right on top of the process. Great follow up! Would be nice if all my online purchases went this well. I will remember PowerMax the next time I need an Apple related product. They deserve my five-star rating.

Truthfully! I have been a Powermax customer for several years now and each and every MAC or accessory I have purchased or traded in has been in great condition, the sales and trade-ins have been handled with ease and grace... and who can say that anymore? This company is truly worthwhile to deal with. Give them a try! ps - Their sales rep, Michelle Ryther is WONDERFULLY helpful! So are the rest of the team!

We've shopped at Powermax the past couple years for new and used Apple equipment. Their staff are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Great products, great prices!
