Well done.
Alrighty. The service was great, the delivery was super fast. Most of all the quality of the merchandise is excellent and very chic. They had a problem fulfilling my order initially, but communicated and rectified it same day. Well done, team.

Very disappointing
Very disappointed in dress. It arrived smelling strongly of cigarette smoke and a button fell off as soon as I opened the package. The dress had a high split that was not shown in photos and I had to return. It’s now been over a week since i returned the dress and i have not received any update or response from them. Very disappointing I was excited to try this company

The strong cigarette smell and the button falling off are not acceptable and do not reflect our standards. We understand that the high split in the dress was unexpected, which led to your decision to return it. Regarding your refund, we will process it once we receive and inspect the condition of the returned item.
