I reach out to your company about my order I have return in which I reordered the same item again and was charged more without my discount. And no one has gotten back with me at all. My order # 5586 and 5638

I purchased two shoes which look exactly like the products on their page. Shipping was fast. The only issue I have is the strong smell…almost smells like nail polish remover? Also one of my shoes has some scuff marks on it.
Response from PorteristJan 27, 2025
Thank you for your feedback! We're glad the shoes looked as expected and that shipping was fast. We apologize for the strong smell and the scuff marks. This isn’t the experience we want for you. We appreciate your comments, as they help us improve. If you need any further assistance, just let us know!

Purchased the Eden Strapless Striped Bustier and the Eden Asymmetrical Waist Mini Skirt. Both were on sale at a great price! Shipping and communication from Porterist was great. The items are a little small so I might exchange size. Still decided but I love that I have the option for returns. The items are both great quality and have more stretch than I expected, which is great. Very similar to the photographed products on the site. Overall I am very pleased with my items and experience!

Cute design but for 50 bucks it's extremely cheaply made. Polyester fabric they aren't transparent about that- and very ugly stitching on the seam.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts with us. We’re glad you like the design but are sorry you were disappointed with the quality. We appreciate your feedback about the fabric and stitching, as we need to know how we can improve. Transparency is key for us, and we’ll consider your comments for future product descriptions.
