Love these guys! - I got a call from service about an order I'd placed and they ended up advising me to order what they thought was a better product (and were they ever right!) for an awesome discount and at almost the exact same price. they're easy to get on the phone, quick to respond to emails and the product was exactly as ordered. What else can you hope for?

I bought one vaporizer from this store at the beginning of summer, today it's already the middle of the first month of autumn, and I still haven't received my order. They sent me abroad, gave me a track number so that I could track my order. the order was tracked only in the United States. then I couldn't find out where my order was. At this time, I started writing asking for help from the store, but no one answered me. after some time, I came across the site parcel.app , where I saw that the order came to Turkey and went back to the United States. (postman couldnt find me, but whole summer i was at home because of pandemic) I wrote to the store about this, but still haven't received a response. I'm not sure that they are the problem, but their indifference to your problem pushes me away from them in a negative way. I have written to them several times but no one responds. and by the way, they write on their website that the purchase is finished, even if you haven't received your order yet. So I'm betting 3 points. You can decide the rest yourself

Ordered the Arizer Extreme Q after going back and forth for months on whether it was worth the money to try going to a bag system. A few days went by and I thought I hadn't heard from them so I sent a message on the Friday before Labor Day after hours. Turns out they HAD left me an e-mail and I missed it. Nonetheless the owner called me well after hours and assured me the order was shipped. I received it on the date projected and everything was as described. Not only do I really like the Arizer, I was extremely impressed with the customer service. Highly recommend.

Went online shopping for an Airizer Extreme Q. Found insanely high prices then stumbled upon this website. It was the lowest price I could find anywhere so I thought maybe it was a scam. NOT A SCAM AT ALL! They somehow have the best price and exceptional customer service. Everything wash shipped fast and came a day early for me! I highly recommend them from my experience!

What a fantastic company! I needed a top-shelf vaporizer to replace my Mighty which was going to be in repair. I received my order today - 4 days (including a weekend) from the day I placed the order. I'm very pleased with my purchase from Portable Hookahs and pleased, as well, with the speed of their shipping service. I don't often need this type of merchandise, but when I do I will be returning to this merchant.

Original product out of stock and was immediately told through various means of contact to give a call. Upon the call, was told product would be upgraded to a similar product for free. Arrived in two days (one before expected shipping). Had a few issues upon arrival and you guys reached out to the company and took care of it. Very satisfied! 5 starts across the board
