They were out of stock of the e rig I wanted but ended up getting me a better one for the same price. Very fast response time by email and even phone call they will call you back if they are busy. Would recommend purchasing from them.

UPDATE: It seems this company will answer your bad review, but still neglects to actually ship the item or provide tracking updates. My original review still stands below: This company has extremely slow “fast and free shipping”. If you want your product within a week, or two..., don’t order from here. On top of that, their shipping tracking service through their website does not work at all. Be also prepared to be met with rudeness when you question their shipping times. Long story short, no item received in the end and I was forced to report the order fraudulent. So yeah, you have been warned 😉.

It is so nice to get true "old school" customer service. As an older guy, I was a little out of touch with the advancements made in portable vaporizers. Phillip was super patient and knowledgeable as he walked me through the options and made recommendations based on solid experience. Ordered a vape, got a tracking number emailed 4 hours later. And the dr dabber arrives 2 days later, straight up amazing!

They took my money then days later he tells me they can't ship the item I already paid for but I can get an "upgrade" that is a total piece of junk and not what I want. Now I'm waiting on a refund and money is not in my bank to get the item I want from a normal vendor. Place should lose their business license!!!
