Portable HookahsReviews of portablehookahs.com

I had ordered a CFC Lite vaporizer based on great information on the Portable Hookahs site. I received a notice saying that it was obsoleted by a newer version and another more expensive version. They offered to send me free whichever I preferred. The CFC 2.0 turns out to be much better that what I have. It is easy to keep clean, heats up quickly, everything they say in their review. I intend to use Portablehookahs.com for all my smoking needs due to their great response/service, help in finding the right product and their support. Thanks!

Good product , responsive customer service. Will order again !

Best hookah great service and on time delivery.

I kept ordering products from different companies over and over again until I came across Portable Hookas. I’ve never encountered such great costumer service. They answered tens of my questions, helped me to pick the device for my specific needs. I must have called at least 4 times with different questions and every time they were patient and very informative. Not only I got 3 products that I’m very happy with, but now my friends and family are loyal customers as well. Highly recommend!

Best hookah in town highly recommend and fast delivery. When I had questions I got a fast response

My order was delayed due to third party complications. When I contacted Portable Hookahs with my concerns they informed me that a third party had paused shipping temporarily. After a few days, I contacted customer service again, and when they heard that my order did not ship, they called their third party vendor and made sure that my order was shipped out by the end of the day. They were also kind enough to upgrade my shipping to make sure my order arrived as soon as possible. I was initially unsatisfied with my experience due to the unexpected delays, but the immediate action taken by Portable Hookahs customer service greatly improved my experience. Have confidence that Portable Hookahs will do their best to make sure their customers are satisfied.

Thank you for reaching out to me regarding this order. Your customer service is outstanding. That's why I am a customer for life. Your company has gone above and beyond to correct my mishap. I highly recommend Portable Hookahs to anyone looking for special products.

Portable Hookahs is by far the most helpful company you will ever find! The staff goes out of their way to make sure you not only purchase the product you want but that it’s a good fit for what you need. They truly know what customer service is about! I recently placed an order online for my first vaporizer for concentrates. I did a lot of research about products before I picked out a device. Once I made my decision I placed my order with ease on their helpful website. The very next day I received a text that the model I picked out unfortunately was discontinued. Their staff went out of their way to not only find me a replacement but also to make sure it would be a good fit and provide me with exactly what I was looking for out of a new device. After pulling up the replacement options I discovered that the unit they suggested was even better than the one I originally decided to purchase. They provided me with awesome suggestions and even made sure to stay in my price range. Since there was a slight price difference(new device was actually less expensive) they hooked me up with some accessories that blew me away. I don’t know about you but it’s been a long time since I ordered something online and a business personalized my order by contacting me and not with a generic email but one specifically for me with options and ideas. I also received a personal text to help me even further in my decision. We discussed my options and what I needed the vaporizer for specifically and what accessories would make this an even better option. After making my selection I felt even more confident in my order. As someone who has been in retail sales and customer service for 15yrs I have pretty high standards in service. Portable Hookahs went above and beyond my expectations and they will continue to receive my business. Thank you Phil for your assistance in making my fist Wax pen a winner!!!
