I recently ordered a Christmas gift short notice and received it within three days. I cannot ask for more than that!

I agree this is a rip-off company. They refused my discount and refund. I was supposed to get a 20% discount as advertised but they whined that they weren't making a profit on the item so they couldn't give it! Then they refused to refund the item even though it was unused. They require a RETURN MERCHANDISE NUMBER for a return but refuse to give you one! Even if you could return they have restocking and shipping fees so you wouldn't get much money back. Totally unscrupulous, unprofessional scam artists.

I bought a vaporizer last week, got it in three days after placing the order. Device works fine and only 59 bucks. Cannot ask for better. Thanks!

I received a faulty vaporizer and contacted Portable Hookas about it. They answered me quickly with questions about the problems I was having. Every time I emailed them, they answered me within a few hours. They went over some troubleshooting suggestions, and when the problems stil existed they contacted the manufacturer. I received a new vaporizer within 10 days of my original complaint. I would recommend this company to anyone. Excellent customer service!!!

Awesome company, they personally helped me choose a vaporizer that was perfect for me. On top of that I had my vape within three days. Thanks portable hookahs!

They shipped me an Atmos Jump Vaporizer that does not work. After charging it for 6 hours like the instructions say, the vaporizer would not power on. I have called this company at a minimum of 10 times at all different times of the day but no one ever answers the phone. After contacting them via the website, they finally contacted me at 8:30 AM while i'm at work. They wanted to troubleshoot the problem with me because they believed the issue was user related. That was 2 days ago and I have not heard from them since. This company doesn't operate the way an actual company does in relation to customer service. In my opinion, I would not do business with them.

They sent me a defective item, then told me it was on me to pay for shipping to get a new heating chamber, and they do not accept returns. Didn't respond in a timely fashion either. I would avoid them completely and buy from professionals.
