RUN! I'd give zero stars if I could. This company sent me an open boxed, defective unit and then replaced it with a unit that had burnt flower and oil in it. Neither had the warranty sticker required by Dr. Dabber for warranty support. The company blamed their distributor and has done nothing but give me the run around. I recently filed a credit card dispute because this isn't acceptable. and these fine people had the nerve to tell my bank that I am the scammer. Newsflash - I've never had to file a dispute before in my life. Blaming your customers is a total cop out and you should be ashamed of yourselves.

Ordered on a Monday. Got confirmation of my order. Tuesday I get email that the sale item I ordered is on hold. Would I like to buy the lesser option model for $30 less or the upper model for $47 more. I asked when will I receive the one that I ordered. Again, they gave me the same options or I could be put on a waiting list for the item that they are holding my money for that I already ordered. Or refund my money which takes a couple days to get back to me. Since I could not get a straight answer. I opted for a refund. Horrible way to do business. The item was still up on there page Thursday just trying to get more suckers. A real company would have pulled it from the site, given me the upper model for no more $$ due to it being their fault. Learned a lesson and kept a customer. But instead they lost my money and my future business. Turn around and bought from PLANET OF THE VAPES. They will get my future business.

UPDATE: It seems this company will answer your bad review, but still neglects to actually ship the item or provide tracking updates. My original review still stands below: This company has extremely slow “fast and free shipping”. If you want your product within a week, or two..., don’t order from here. On top of that, their shipping tracking service through their website does not work at all. Be also prepared to be met with rudeness when you question their shipping times. Long story short, no item received in the end and I was forced to report the order fraudulent. So yeah, you have been warned 😉.

They took my money then days later he tells me they can't ship the item I already paid for but I can get an "upgrade" that is a total piece of junk and not what I want. Now I'm waiting on a refund and money is not in my bank to get the item I want from a normal vendor. Place should lose their business license!!!

Bought an item, was contacted and told the item I bought was out of stock but that they would offer me a newer "better" item for no extra charge that was in stock. Once the newer item finally arrived I discovered that they lied to me and it was not able to do what they told me it would do. I finally tracked down the maker of the product, since portablehookahs.com is just a reseller, and it was confirmed that I was lied to. Don't trust this company! Fraud Fraud!

I agree this is a rip-off company. They refused my discount and refund. I was supposed to get a 20% discount as advertised but they whined that they weren't making a profit on the item so they couldn't give it! Then they refused to refund the item even though it was unused. They require a RETURN MERCHANDISE NUMBER for a return but refuse to give you one! Even if you could return they have restocking and shipping fees so you wouldn't get much money back. Totally unscrupulous, unprofessional scam artists.

They shipped me an Atmos Jump Vaporizer that does not work. After charging it for 6 hours like the instructions say, the vaporizer would not power on. I have called this company at a minimum of 10 times at all different times of the day but no one ever answers the phone. After contacting them via the website, they finally contacted me at 8:30 AM while i'm at work. They wanted to troubleshoot the problem with me because they believed the issue was user related. That was 2 days ago and I have not heard from them since. This company doesn't operate the way an actual company does in relation to customer service. In my opinion, I would not do business with them.

They sent me a defective item, then told me it was on me to pay for shipping to get a new heating chamber, and they do not accept returns. Didn't respond in a timely fashion either. I would avoid them completely and buy from professionals.
