The customer service for portable hookahs was great, the shipping time was normal, the product arrived today and works; the only problem I had at all with the site was how shady it felt, but sure enough, they satisfactorily fulfilled the order. They just need to polish up the website to make it more modern, user friendly, aesthetic, and in touch with the consumers mindset.

My order was delayed due to third party complications. When I contacted Portable Hookahs with my concerns they informed me that a third party had paused shipping temporarily. After a few days, I contacted customer service again, and when they heard that my order did not ship, they called their third party vendor and made sure that my order was shipped out by the end of the day. They were also kind enough to upgrade my shipping to make sure my order arrived as soon as possible. I was initially unsatisfied with my experience due to the unexpected delays, but the immediate action taken by Portable Hookahs customer service greatly improved my experience. Have confidence that Portable Hookahs will do their best to make sure their customers are satisfied.
