Yeah...Phil is TOTALLY C😎😎L!!! He was very patient with me as I asked more questions than a box full of Trivial Pursuit cards. He answered every one of them, helping me to order the perfect Dry Herb Vaporizer for my wallet and I. I ordered my peace piece, and six days later still hadn't received notice of it's shipment tracking number. I am NOT upset as this B.S. COVID "crisis" has stunted businesses all across our Beloved Country. I was curious and called Phil. He told me he'd look into my order, and shoot me a text letting me know what was happening with it. Within two hours I had my answer. My order had been shipped today, and Phil sent my tracking information to me in his text back to me. In the U.S. Navy, when someone does an outstanding job, they get an "Attaboy". Hey, Phil, "ATTABOY", SIR!!! THANK YOU!!! 😎🎸

I rarely give 5 stars but they earned it the old fashion way. Here is how it went for us. We ordered a dry vaporizer and immediately received a phone call from Phillip. He explained that the unit we ordered was no longer available - we weren't happy but listened to what he had to say. I was about to ask for a refund but he then offered us another model we did not consider. We accepted the offer and liked the new model so much, we purchased another one a few days later. Thanks for making our purchase experience a good one. That's hard to find these days. If you are in the market and are not sure what to get, I recommend talking to Phillip first - he knows what he is talking about! Our tag line "Unsatisfied" if it shows up was for a different vendor? lol

Overall, I had a very positive experience. There were a few issues with my order but communication and support were top notch and everything was resolved quickly. They contacted me when a problem cropped up (the item I ordered was out of stock) and we found a different style as a replacement. Then, when my order arrived, a few things were missing. Again they responded promptly to my email and immediately corrected the issue. In fact, they went above and beyond what I expected to make it right. Fast shipping. I will definitely shop here again.

Great product and SUPER customer service. I bought a V-Tower from them. It shipped out to me amazingly fast, and arrived as advertised. I somehow broke the glass elbow so emailed what I was looking for, & they came right back with very reasonable price. I ordered it and it shipped the same day! I would HIGHLY recommend this vendor and the product. Tell 'em I said hi(gh). Note: I VERY rarely write reviews, but had to for this one.

Bought an item, was contacted and told the item I bought was out of stock but that they would offer me a newer "better" item for no extra charge that was in stock. Once the newer item finally arrived I discovered that they lied to me and it was not able to do what they told me it would do. I finally tracked down the maker of the product, since portablehookahs.com is just a reseller, and it was confirmed that I was lied to. Don't trust this company! Fraud Fraud!
