Ordered on a Monday. Got confirmation of my order. Tuesday I get email that the sale item I ordered is on hold. Would I like to buy the lesser option model for $30 less or the upper model for $47 more. I asked when will I receive the one that I ordered. Again, they gave me the same options or I could be put on a waiting list for the item that they are holding my money for that I already ordered. Or refund my money which takes a couple days to get back to me. Since I could not get a straight answer. I opted for a refund. Horrible way to do business. The item was still up on there page Thursday just trying to get more suckers. A real company would have pulled it from the site, given me the upper model for no more $$ due to it being their fault. Learned a lesson and kept a customer. But instead they lost my money and my future business. Turn around and bought from PLANET OF THE VAPES. They will get my future business.

Maybe I am crazy and getting my information wrong. But according to what Portable Hookah rules website states and the US government regulation website states, combined; there should be no Vaping products shipped in the USA. To begin with the Hookah website states FREE SHIPPING, THEY LIE, THEY CHARGE $15 AT CHECKOUT THEN BLAME THE US GOVERNMENT. Not really a review just here to state that this statement sounds like a lie: "we can only use USPS" in the context that we are now being charged $15 for shipping on snail mail. The US Government official website information says the complete opposite; no Vapes are to be shipped using USPS, the opposite of what Portable Hookah claims and nowhere does the government write that they need to charge you for shipping. This is what the government states:( According to a 2019 CDC industry update, one out of every 10 high school students reported using tobacco products, due in part to easy access through mail deliveries and online sellers. In response to this issue, the PACT Act Amendment prohibits sellers from using the U.S. Post Office to ship e-cigarettes, vapes, flavored and smokeless tobacco products. The PACT Act applies to all shipments in interstate commerce (15 U.S.C. § 376) as well as to all delivery sales.) This is what Portable Hookah states:( Due to the USA Pact Act as of April 5th, (2022) we can only use USPS. Other services like UPS or FedEx no longer ship vaporizers.) This is clearly a blatant lie to charge customers $15. It's ridiculous because I ordered from another website last month and they sold me the same item that Hookah had listed but it was $10 less with FREE SHIPPING on UPS. I wasn't too upset with paying $15 for shipping when I ordered a few days ago from Hookah because I fooled myself into thinking Hookah would provide better service in exchange for extorting $15. I got a (We Received Your Money, Thank You Sucker) e-mail from Hookah and I understand the weekend and MLK day, BUT it's afternoon Tuesday and still no Shipping E-mail. I am one of those thinking this is a scam website even though reviews seem to indicate it's legitimate. Anyway my advice is to find a free shipping Vaping supplier that doesn't claim the government wants to rip you off $15 and send your package on a low budget delivery service. Great price, and they actually shipping my item within a day. After dealing with another retailer on the same item for a month without them even shipping it i'm just pissed i didn't order from here sooner

I rarely leave reviews so with that being said, I give Phil's customer service a 10 Star review. His customer service is the best I've ever witnessed. Timely responses via text and via email from Portable Hookahs help line email, which may have also been Phil too. Delivery faster than expected and deep discounts compared to the "Other Place". If you love cheaper pricing along with top notch customer service, spend your money here. I cannot thank Phil and his team enough. I will continue to buy here and make sure I give referrals.
