Porsche UK - numerous sites and dealers. My experience of buying my first Porsche in the UK has been horrendous. From my original manufacturing slot being given to someone else 1 month before my car was due to be delivered to my brand new Taycan Turbo being delivered with a damaged front splitter, scratched paintwork and a cracked roof to having to wait 4 months for an appointment to have two safety recalls fixed I am totally fed up and done with Porsche. As soon as my car is due for changing I will be moving away Fromm Porsche and never buying one again.

3000 euros une panne d'ADBLUE avec une Porsche Macan la voiture à 15000 km et Porsche ne veut rein prendre en charge. Un mois et demi pour avoir un rendez vous avec une voiture qui peu rouler maximum 1000 . Une facture avec une recherche de 3 h de panne alors que même google connait déjà la panne bref passer votre chemin je pensais accéder à un rêve et c'est un cauchemar . Concession Porsche saint-maur qui appartient du reste à Porsche France c'est un vrai piège et je tiens à prévenir les prochains acheteurs car on parle pas de client avec Porsche

Dommage que je ne puisse pas mettre un 0 !!! Service déplorable !! Feu complet qui ne fonctionne plus au bout de 8 ans et tout est normal, aucune prise en charge !!! Devis a 4200 euros pour le changement du feu complet. Véhicule plus de 100K. INADMISSIBLE Franchement, je ne recommande pas de prendre un véhicule chez eux. Service client qui ne prend même pas le temps d'appeler le client pour expliquer les choses, seulement des vieilles réponses automatiques par mail. ENFIN BREF, A FUIR !!!!!! Message reçu : Madame, Nous faisons suite à votre entretien téléphonique auprès de Porsche Contact ce jour. Nous vous confirmons que votre demande a été étudiée avec le meilleur esprit commercial, aussi, nous espérons que vous comprendrez que notre décision ne pourra être revue. Notre position est définitive, aussi aucune autre communication ne pourra vous être adressée à ce sujet. Bien cordialement Olivier

Experience décevante avec le SAV Porsche sur ma 991 GT3RS. Pièces non dispo, délais d'attente très long, prix très élevé... Heuresement la voiture est exceptionnelle et sa compense le service client qui est lui pas bon du tout...

On 19/9/24 Porsche, in Shirley, took my 911 turbo 991, to find a fault on the spoiler system. The spoilers worked whilst stationary, but failed at speed. After 7 days, I received a notice from one of my tracking systems, showing my car being driven 30 miles away from the dealership. It was still heading south when I called them, and suggested a 60 mile round trip is not a test drive, and to return it back to base. Faith now lost, I wanted my car back. Once home, I noticed the spoilers were no longer working, even when stationary. I also noticed, the tracker system inside the car had been unplugged, (why?) The manger assured me, if I returned the car, they would put it back to it's original fault state. So Today,I returned it to them and waited. They assured me it was back as before, I drove home to find the front spoiler now does not work at all. To be clear, Front of house staff were perfect, the tech staff are letting them down badly. So now, after their techs working for one week, it has an extra 60 miles on the clock, not counting the two wasted, return journeys, and a bigger fault than when it got there. You have been warned!!

After reading many comments, I realized that it is common for Porsche Centre Sydney South dealer to order the wrong car. When I was notified to pick up the car (with the order number and vin) after waiting for six months, I was told: Sorry, your car has never been manufactured. I thought it was an isolated case, but after I found that it is the normal. This team can repeatedly make mistakes after you ordering. Hahaha, I didn't expect that this car dealership has a function to test your luck. If you can pick up the right order, you are lucky. If you can't, It's your bad luck and nothing to do with them. No wonder the sales manager Anthony Jones handled these matter so confidently and easily. How strong must he be to lead a team with so many mistakes and omissions in orders。His attitude told me that they had ordered the wrong car because that it was just your bad luck and not their fault.

Overpriced, cringe service center at Porsche San Francisco The cost estimates are consistently inflated, compared to quotes from other local Porsche Service Centers, and overcharging double the price of independent service centers in the area for the exact same work. It feels like they are more interested in making a quick buck than providing honest service.
