Amazing service . I brought my car here in sheffield for a lightbulb change and sidelight. They rang me later on that day and said its been done free of charge as it was a loose connection only . How kind is that from such a big company such as porshe. Thankyou very much porshe. Great stuff 👏

Today, February 4t 2026 marks the 3rd month anniversary that my 2023 Panamera 4S has been at the dealership. Bought the car brand new on October of 2023. The car has only less than 18k miles and 3 months ago I dropped it off at the dealership because it was running very rough. They have already taken down the transmission and that wasn’t the issue. They have ripped the engine apart and that wasn’t the issue. In conclusion, they don’t have a clue what is causing the problem and in the meantime I’m inconvenienced without the car that I paid $130k+. Their customer service in Michigan totally sucks. They simply don’t care about the customer. This is my second but this will be my last Porsche. Now I know why Porsche is in trouble worldwide and it’s because they don’t care about the customers and the quality of their cars have gone downhill. Stay away from Porsche unless you want to be treated like you bought a YUGO.

Big problem with maintenance vehicule not respect preconisation leak oil after oil change , wheels broken and seat !!! I not recommand to pay big price for low prestation my comment is not for all dealer ! Here is dealer Porsche Avignon Pay attention at verify after intervention the care with you vehicule! Its not real standar for this brand !

Kundendienste wurden nahezu immer mit Mängel durchgeführt.Habe dann gewechselt.

I’ve had a Taycan for just over 2 years, and it’s been a terrible experience. Regularly having to be taken off the road due to electrical faults - currently without a car for approx 2 weeks. It’s under warranty so no cost in replacing the part, but Porsche really don’t care about my predicament. I’ve never had such an unreliable car. Severely tarnishes the brand; unacceptable engineering exacerbated by poor service. Avoid.

Obviously as most of the people posting a review, the service is a scam. You bring your car with no issues, you pay a fortune for the oil and the brake fluid..They r telling u things to change that r not critical, u get your car the same day and u have the displays showing issues. Guess what, they just say we told u it will happen..weird that during the time I was having it nothing appeared once I get it..2 faults. They just won the fact that they won't see my car anymore.

Bought a Macan from porsche south London (sidcup). Most expensive car ever bought, told full maintenance dealer history online. Decided to sell went to dealer for copy of history and there is none from pdi till when I bought it at 35000 miles. They offered me stupid money and made no attempt to help any more Absolutely rubbish 🗑

I made the mistake of financing a purchase through Porsche Financial Services. It is one of the poorest run financial services companies I have encountered. They went to e-statements. The e-statements are just a link to the PFS website. Statements have not been available on the website for some time. I used to pay on the website. They stopped that. They say call the 800 number. I have called the wait time is 15-20 minutes. I have been dropped three times now.
