Our table and chairs were beautiful and easy to put together. We had an issue with one of the chairs but the customer service was amazing and fixed it right away. We received everything in a couple days although the pieces did ship separate. Highly recommend purchasing from here!

Great customer service

The barstools are beautiful, and the color was exactly what I was looking for. Shipping was also very fast, I placed my order on Friday and received it on Tuesday. Unfortunately, I decided not to keep the barstools because I was not pleased with the additional holes in the legs. I wish there had been some type of finishing or covering to give them a more polished appearance. That said, April was a tremendous help throughout the return process. She responded quickly, offered several solutions, and made the experience as smooth as possible. Her excellent customer service left a positive impression. Although these particular barstools were not the right fit for me, I would definitely shop with Pop Maison again in the future.

Updating my review to 5 stars because, although this process was extremely stressful, confusing, and caused me a lot of anxiety, Pop Maison ultimately did resolve the situation and fully refunded me after over two weeks of back-and-forth communication. At first, I was genuinely concerned that I was being scammed due to the inconsistent communication, confusion regarding FedEx pickup dates, and delays with return labels. It honestly took time to get their attention, and communication only became more consistent after I posted my review. However, after that, their team continued responding, followed through, and honored the refund once everything was resolved. I do appreciate that they ultimately stayed in communication and made things right in the end. I also want to take responsibility on my part. I ordered the couch mainly based on the pictures and did not pay close enough attention to the dimensions and height measurements. The couch ended up being much lower to the ground than expected, which did not work for my household. I highly encourage future buyers to carefully review all dimensions and measurements before ordering to ensure the item fits your needs and to avoid the stress of going through a return process like I did. While the process itself was frustrating, I appreciate that the situation was ultimately resolved professionally and that the fear of being scammed is gone. The company can be trusted( they are legit), and I would purchase from here again in the future.
