A piece of my couch came in slightly damaged. I bought shipping insurance but the shipping company was trying to not give me any sort of refund/replacement. Pop Maison stepped in and made sure I got my replacement piece plus $100 refunded. They were great at communicating and made sure I was happy! The couch is beautiful as well. I got the pink one!

Delivery was quick, had a small hiccup with a broken chair leg but customer service was very quick to address the issue and send me a replacement. Everything came together great and I am very happy with my dining room set and how easy this company was to work with! Would definitely buy from them again!

Pop Maison is an online store that you can TRUST!! My products arrived in 4 days, the tracking was right on, I put the table and chairs together myself and their customer service and support was outstanding. While I did have a couple of cushions that needed to be replaced, the customer service team from Pop Maison took care of everything. I purchased the shipping insurance for approximately $25 from Seel. This is the best $25 I have spent in a long time. Things happened in shipping, but Pop Maison worked closely and kindly with me to resolve all issues. It’s so wonderful to know that there are businesses out there that truly care about their customers and ensure satisfaction. If I could give them 20 stars I would!! Do not hesitate to do business with this company! Also, the pieces are well built and beautiful! Exactly what I was looking for!

The company is very responsive when asking questions and my preorder sofa came faster than I anticipated! The information they have regarding restock and product information is very accurate. Also my sofa feels super high quality even after my cat tried to scratch on it. No tears on loose threads!
