Great customer service and quality of couch
Customer service at Pop Maison was excellent! I pre-ordered a couch, but it was delayed in its delivery. So when I reached out to customer service for an inquiry, they responded in a timely manner to clarify my situation. Eventually the couch arrived, and it was beautiful and very soft! My kids love it, and they have high sensory needs! There were no scratches or dents in the boxing or on the couch, and we have greatly enjoyed having it in our classroom. I marked 4 stars in my review due to the delay in delivery, but otherwise, the couch itself is great quality and customer service was easy to work with and very helpful in my situation. Thanks for everything!
