The couch was on preorder so it did take some time to deliver. The velvet is beautiful and it’s pretty easy to unbox the couch. My biggest problem is that each piece of my couch is a different color. Almost like some pieces were dyed darker than others. Pictures would be included if I could attach them. If the boxes weren’t trashed I would have returned for a new one.

I really like the furniture and the overall design, but I have to give it 3 stars because the quality of the finishing has been disappointing for the price. Since the furniture arrived, I’ve noticed several loose threads and pieces of fabric sticking out. I already trimmed some longer ones when it was first delivered, and now I’m seeing more appearing again. The furniture looks nice, but at this price point I expected much better attention to detail and overall quality control.

The table is beautiful and well made. The lower rating is because the table top was defective the holes to attach base were not aligned. The communication was slow to resolving issue. Popmaison sent a new table top to correct issue.

The barstools are beautiful, and the color was exactly what I was looking for. Shipping was also very fast, I placed my order on Friday and received it on Tuesday. Unfortunately, I decided not to keep the barstools because I was not pleased with the additional holes in the legs. I wish there had been some type of finishing or covering to give them a more polished appearance. That said, April was a tremendous help throughout the return process. She responded quickly, offered several solutions, and made the experience as smooth as possible. Her excellent customer service left a positive impression. Although these particular barstools were not the right fit for me, I would definitely shop with Pop Maison again in the future.
