We just ordered - one day later. BOOM - item recieved. We are in California and we usually order from In The Swim - but they are so much more expensive than PoolSupplyWorld. We always thought InTheSwim was a good price, no longer. We will be ordereing all of our pool supplies from Pool Supply World from now on!! Thanks - Steph

I placed an order, I made a bank wire and I'm still waiting for any information regarding my order. Nobody answers to the phone or replies to my mails !!I'm so disapointed. I will wait 1 week more and then I will start to complain really.

You know I really HATE shopping online cause you never know what you are going to get. Im that guy that always has something go wrong with the order, late ship, missing item, slow shipping, but you know i keep coming back hoping the next time is going to be that time. Well that time was this time. I order 3 items Polaris 3900, for $799, a Autopilot Pool System - DIG48 for $1099 - (saved $200 on this from the Pinch A Penny) - and lastly I order a set of Unicel Filter Grids for a little over $100 dollars - ANOTHER huge savings. Believe it or not I recieved it all in 5 days - all the way to Florida at my vacation house for me to all install. I WAS SO SHOCKED, it was all brand new, factory sealed, packaged nicely, and better yet - I called in to speak with Tech Support and PoolSupplyWorld was nice enough to help. So in review - I saved money, I saved time, no mistakes, no problems - ONLY GREAT products and a ton of SAVINGS. I had to write this somewhere - cause this never happens to me.

We just got done doing our complete pool with PoolSupplyWorld. We did a complete remodel. Mark & Dana were so helpful in getting me all the information that I needed to get just the right equipment. They would email me back within minutes, everytime I called one of them was availble to call, amongst the other 3 staff memebers I talked to at PoolSupplyWorld - They did a real nice job of setting up my pool just as I wanted it. Items indicated as being in stock, I ordered and here three weeks later no pool filter. Terrible customer service.

Tom, Im sorry that you have had such a bad experience? Can you tell me what your order number is so I can further assist you in finding out what is going on. 3 Weeks is an unusal time for us to ship out and this never happens. Is that they actually email you back. We email - they email us back. We shop for our pool and spa supplies online while we are at work, and we are unable to call - so we email them and they act like we are on the phone and they email right back. Its so great. Most companies never even send anything back at all - You have our business PoolSupplyWorld. We have purchased a Polaris 480, 50LB of Chlorine, Nature2 Express Cartridge, and lastly we just purchased a Hayward Heat Pump. Thanks so much. Jennifer
