A True Pool Supplies Resource. We have bought items online for quite sometime now. Lately our favorite store is PoolSupplyWorld - They have the best pool supply coupons we have found.. This gets you better pricing on already low prices. We have bought two pool pumps, one pool heater and our latest purchase was the Polaris 9300 - We spend a little less than 1000 dollars on it. We recieved it in 3 days it is the best pool cleaner we have ever had.

We buy everything online. We buy from Amazon mostly. Lately we have been finding that there are better prices away from Amazon. We have a Pool and a Spa. We needed Nature 2 Sticks. We ordered from PoolSupplyWorld.com for the first time last week. We got the items in 3 days. Wow. Just about as fast as Amazon but we save almost $10.00 or 15%. They sent us a coupon and we are thinking about ordering a new Hayward Super Pump from them. We are very happy with Pool Supply World.

It seems like every time I find an online company to work with, it only takes 2 orders before things go south. I had been a customer of poolsupplyworld for about a year - I live in Florida, so I buy supply 5-6 times per year. First order was a disaster, but mary stuck with me and I finally got everything - some stuff too late, but it all arrived eventually. The next order was fine, ok, acceptable you could say. This last order, when i decided to install a chlorinator. ... well, I called and told the rep about my pool and he recommended the wrong type (above ground pool unit - I have an inground pool - and I told him that!) I wasted about an hour before i realized that i had the wrong unit. I had already cut the pipe and everything - so now I'm screwed, unless I can get the correct one right away. It's hot down here folks, even in winter - so my pool filter needs to run every day. I call the company - I ask for Mary my savior from before, but she apparently has flown the coop, so a gruff young man is "helping" me. I don't want to mention his name, but "gruff". After 20 mins on the phone, he tells me that they will get another one right out to me "I don't want another one, I said, I want the right one!" He assured me that it would be on it's way. I asked for next day air or at least some expedited, but gruffman told me he can't do that, unless I wanted to pay for it (!) but he told me that regular ground would be fine, and I should get it in 2-3 days. "well, I'd better!" I told him, because if I don't my pool will be first gray, then green! And that, I told him - would be their fault. No problem, he said, i would have it by the weekend (this was a tuesday). Well, do you know that it took not 2-3 days, but 2-3 weeks! They sent the wrong damn unit again - and then more promises, more refusals to upgrade shipping (again - unless I wanted to pay for it!) It took exactly 16 days to receive the right one. my pool did go green, but not so bad - of course poolsupplyworld refused to take any blame for it. And now, I find myself shopping for another pool supply company. Anyone try poolcenter.com? or poolplaza? What's best for Florida? Fastest I mean... Take care now. better luck next time.

We live in a very Rural part of Nevada and have no really close good retail stores so with the advent of free shipping we have just decided to become really good online shoppers. This time we went shopping for our newly installed swimming pool. We had a pool company install a fiberglass pool for us. It was great. They told us to get all of our equipement online and they will install it. They recommended pool supply world to us. We had really no idea of what to expect but went with the recomendation. We called. We needed a Polaris 360, Jandy LXi Pool heater, Pentair Clean and Clear 320 Pool filter, and a Pentair whisperflo pool pump. This was the basics of what we needed, we ended up after a recomendation from one of the sales reps ordered a couple of lights as well as a Salt Chlorinator. We had them quote it. We got three other quotes. Their prices were the best and the service was outstanding. We have since ordered some Natural Chemistry Products from them as well as some algacide products. We always recieve the products a couple of days after we order. We usually order from Amazon.com but PoolSupplyWorld has even shown them up. We are impressed and will be our pool store going forward.

Ordered Pentair Spa Heater on the phone. Very easy process. Received email when item shipped a couple of days after the order was placed. Heater arrived with no damage; all components and paperwork were included. After installation, the heater started right up and worked perfectly.

We have bought 3 Polaris 280's over the past 5 Years, - we have moved twice! We have usually spent about $599 on them consistently online. We found PoolSupplyWorld thru a Google search. We ended up calling - they told us $359.95 and I almost fell out of my chair. We ended up buying the Polaris 280 and a new booster pump. Oh Yeah - we got a good price on that as well. We have bookmarked this site and will use it from now on - 5 Stars!!
