Beware of online stores I have been fooled before but this one cost me $100 on a pool vac. The online add came up on my computer as they all do Anand this one offered a Hayward pool vac foe $399 with a $100 mail in rebate . As I filled in the info apparently I checked a box to give me $15 discount. This made me ineligible for a mail in rebate. The company will not take the product back because it was in the water. They refused to acknowledge that the online offer said anything about a rebate. I hate online companies. So if you get a popup exit and log into the sight to verify. Pool Supply world still sucks

I am completely dissatisfied, for the reason that I was mis lead my one of the pool supply world reps. I was told that if I placed and order an deciden I did not want it. I could return it without restocking fees. As long as the product is in the same conditions as shipped. I took his word and I have the product in an unopened box. Pool supply wants to charge me 15pexent restocking fees. I have been calling and sending emails to speak to a supervisor. I am still waiting on a supervisor to call me after two weeks
