this company is the best I have ever dealt with, no problems what so ever. easy to deal with and very helpful with any matters that aris

Was a good experience overall. Items arrived promptly and were correct.

The day I placed my order I realized one of the parts I ordered was for a different model Polaris. I tried to cancel that day but they said the order was already processed. I’ve been trying to return the wrong part but still have not received the return label. First I was denied returning because you said it was under $25. It was not, which I brought to your attention. I received a reply to send a picture of the product which seems odd. I sent it and am still waiting on a reply. So far not happy with this order. I’ve never had an issue before which is why I’m unhappy. Poor return policy.
