PoolsupplyworldReviews of poolsupplyworld.com

Great prices, easy to order, great products.

Shipping was as advertised. Product came in good shape. Unfortunately, will have to return since it did not work with existing plumbing

I can't believed that I got to so quickly Thanks,

Unbelievable! I ordered a pool robot prior to the two-day shipping deadline. Hours later I received an email stating that they split my credit card charge in two because they've experienced fraud in the past. When I called I was told that I've missed the 2-day shipping deadline. I was having a party and that's why I was careful to order it by the deadline. The woman on the phone was completely unhelpful and unapologetic. It's a "technology" thing was the best I could get. I canceled the order. I would not recommend this company to anyone! There are plenty of other out there that have good customer service.

I love this site. They always have everything I need, they pay my state sales tax (TX), and shipping is fast a usually free! Excellent business model and execution!
