PoolsupplyworldReviews of poolsupplyworld.com

They provided no number to track progress of shipment did they advise on approximate time to receive as most other vendors do.

Always an efficient transaction!

I purchased a set of 4 filters for over $129 on Ebay through them, I immediately asked to cancel this , 45 seconds later due to I bought the wrong size, I put in a cancellation request and 3 days later they contact me and say were sorry your cancellation was denied and we are shipping your product to you anyway, I contact customer support and they say to me , were sorry your cancellation was denied but you will need to pay for return shipping back to us.... Horrible transaction , Horrible customer service, 1st mistake don't ever buy from a company that has to sell on Ebay to make a little extra money.

PoolSupplyWorld has a great website, very easy to navigate, retains order history for rapid reordering, and a wide selection of products.

Very happy. Fast delivery, and good price.

Was happy with my purchase although the security process to confirm the credit card identity done by email delayed the whole process. I believe this is a serious matter where somebody should be on the phone calling customers to confirm credit cards and not delayed deliver process.

Pool Supply is the best!! Easy web site easy order they pay surface freight and California state sales tax. Prices are great.

Website was simple to maneuver, it was easy to check out, all my items arrived as stated at checkout. I detest shopping at the pool stores because of the upsell so I appreciate being able to buy the things I need to keep our pool in great shape in an efficient manner. Great shopping experience.
